Exchange Policy Per Category

We are committed to your satisfaction, so if you purchase the incorrect Foundation shade, you can either exchange for the correct shade or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase no questions asked. We at Délali Robinson Cosmetics work hard to offer high-quality, vegan friendly , and cruelty-free goods at affordable prices.  Due to this mission statement, we can only accept exchanges on all other products if they are unopened  and unused. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!

All Other Products, including LIPS, EYES, BROWS, LINERS:  We will allow the exchange or store gift card for any unopened item within 14 days of receipt.  We DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES FOR OPENED ITEMS OUTSIDE OF OUR  FOUNDATIONS.


Please also note: Because our products are so affordably priced, sale prices are only for the stated sale time. WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Foundation:  We will allow customers to exchange all skin serum foundations that have been gently used within 14 days of receipt for an alternate shade or store credit. 

If I make a return, will the cost of shipping and handling be returned?
We do not refund shipping costs associated with returns.

How do I return products?
We are Not accepting any returns as of January 2021. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We recommend using a traceable method such as USPS Insured Parcel Post or Regular Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Original packing slip should be included noting items being returned. Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility. If you are unable to find your packing list, please contact Customer Service at support@delalicosmetics.com  for assistance.

How long does it take to process a refund?
It takes up to 10 business days from the time your return is received to process and credit your original form of payment. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. It may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
